I am a multipassionate mama to a sweet toddler boy, licensed massage therapist with emphasis on Craniosacral Therapy & future Chinese Medicine Doctor (late 2026), painter and multidimensional marketer passionate about helping you access your deepest wellbeing and aliveness. My in person work in our clinic is fueled by a passion for mental health and women's mind-body-spirit holistic wellness. Since 2020, I have been also helping clients with bettering their home water health via pre-filtration & ionization. A passion of mine! I have worn many shoes as an artist, art professor, lifelong student of natural medicine modalities, holistic clinic owner, craniosacral therapist, entrepreneurial business woman, and traveler- it is an honor to hold space for other's journeys of self discovery and health! ​ My training: BA Fine Arts, BA Philosophy, MFA Fine Arts, 4 years of completed coursework at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, Master of Acupuncture and Certificate in Herbal Medicine from Academy for Five Element Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy Training at Moving Mountain Institute, Advanced Facial Diagnosis Mentorship and Training with CT Holman, In progress: Doctoral Degree at Yo San University

I am a licensed massage therapist in Florida #MA103361 & North Carolina where I practice Craniosacral Therapy as my main modality, interweaving Shiatsu Massage, cupping, and gua sha as it suits my clients' needs.
Craniosacral Therapy is a beautiful and gentle modality well equipped for a wide variety of challenging to identify issues, such as autoimmune disorders. This modality deeply revitalizes and balances the nervous system and allows the body to return to homeostasis.

In addition to my Craniosacral offer, my partner Dr. Whyrick is currently taking new patients as a Chinese Medicine Doctor practicing herbal medicine, acupuncture and a range of holistic modalities to meet you where you are.
We are both passionate about helping our clients and patients discover their true health and potential via various natural modalities, having both first hand experienced the success of these therapies when other approaches did not touch the root of the issue.

Optimal Hydration
Water has been a signifiant part of my own healing, both in the natural world and in finding balance with the amount of water and type of water I drink. I became a hydration specialist in 2020 and help clients with the whole process from pre-filtration to ionization.
